Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as customised or personalised products cannot be returned. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
